Raising the Standard of Brooklyn Coffee
As the Senior Designer at IMBC, I spearheaded the task of bringing 1982's personality to life.
I sketched concepts for the logo and worked closely with calligraphy artist, Eliza Gwendalyn, to hone the design. The interior was designed in collaboration with Nikibi Studio, to ensure the personality would follow throughout.
We built up hype in the community’s local magazine, published ads in regional newspapers and magazines, managed their social media, and designed provocative and exciting emails. By the time 1982 was ready to open, people were lining up out the door!
A Great Kid Kit for Education + Fun
Baketivity is the perfect way to combine fun and learning with delicious baked goodies. Together with the client, we worked to design each kit from the ground up with pre-measured ingredients, a short lesson, and a fun activity. I also art directed a fun photoshoot to have gorgeous imagery of children using the kit, baking and learning, for advertising and marketing purposes.
Friendly Branding for a Gourmet Kosher Supermarket
Breadberry is a gourmet, full-service Supermarket in Brooklyn dedicated to bringing together good food and good people. I worked with the creative team at the branding agency Clive NY to design and prepare for pre-press the promotional materials, packaging, vehicles, signage, social networking content and advertising for this neighborhood staple.
Branding for an Upscale Hair Salon.
Strands is a high-end ultra Orthodox hair salon in Montréal dedicated to providing the highest quality wig and hairdressing. They came to IMBC in search of a rebrand, a new ad campaign, and the branding and marketing of a new collection of wigs.
I rebranded them to reflect their level of excellence, and created various advertisements to attract their ideal consumer. I also branded their new line of custom wigs, named Zierra, and developed marketing materials to promote it.

Here's a collection of some of the projects I've worked on in a production capacity.
My deep love of packaging extends to all types, but I have a soft spot for anything edible. I developed an analysis to execute the most beneficial direction for each brand that I've worked on. The following are some examples of packaging specific brands.
Marketing Direction & Design for an Iron Giant
Through growth and new product ideas, Eureka has been a trusted household name for over 100 years. Therefore, it was no surprise when they came to IMBC saying they wanted to build and market a new lineup of irons.
This project entailed a lot of copywriting, market research and creative thinking. I named various iron lines, created their logos and icons, chose a unique color scheme for each, and promoted their advanced nano-ceramic coating. I also designed the packaging to make them stand out to the consumer.
The irons are on sale on Amazon and Walmart.
